Operator Console Won't Power On - 1500MX
Background
The 1500MX comes standard with an upgraded PathPilot Operator Console. In the event you power up your machine, and the console does not boot up, walk through the steps listed below.
Check and Reset the Console’s Power Cable
Reason: The PathPilot operator console isn’t plugged in to an outlet.
Reseat the power cord connection at both the electrical cabinet outlet (XS44) and the controller.
If needed, measure for 208-240 Vac between wires 1062 and 1063/N at the XS44 Controller/Monitor outlet.

Reset the CB2 Circuit Breaker In the Machine
Reason: The CB2 circuit break tripped.
If the operator console, automatic oiler, flood coolant pump, washdown coolant pump, and automatic tool changer don’t have power, examine the power cords and wires for damaged or exposed wires, and then reset the CB2 circuit breaker.
If needed, measure for 208-240 Vac between wires 1013 and 1014/N at the CB2 circuit breaker.

Check the X1 Terminal Block Jumper
Reason: The X1 Terminal Block Jumper is missing or loose.
If one or more of the following don’t have power - operator console, automatic oiler, flood coolant pump, and washdown coolant pump - check that the jumper is in position between terminals 9 and 10 on X1 terminal block.
If needed, measure for 208 Vac-240 Vac between wires 1013 and 1014/N at the CB2 circuit breaker. (See the image above)
