Gen 2 Turret Lock Sensor Adjustment

Background

If you're having a hard time indexing tools on a second-generation turret, you may need to make an adjustment to the turret lock sensor.

Tools

  • Flat-blade screwdriver

  • Hex wrenches

  • Multimeter

 

(warning) Important! Take all measurements on the pink wire lead of the switch, regardless of its position.

Adjust the Turret Lock Sensor

  1. Adjust the bracket back until you read “0 DCv” on the multimeter.

  2. Adjust the bracket to the right until you see “24 DCv” on the multimeter. Then, tighten the screws.
